• Overnight stay in a Classic Double or Twin Room

• A card is required to guarantee the booking and the balance is payable on arrival. You are able to cancel or amend your booking until 14:00 the day prior to arrival. Following this time, cancellations will be charged at 100%.
• The offer is for 2 adults sharing a room. If you wish to bring an extra guest, children or your four-legged friend with you, additional charges will apply. Please check the availability of a triple, a family or pet friendly rooms with the team prior to booking.
• Where a Classic Double or Twin Room has been reserved, this will be upgraded to a Heritage Double or Twin on the day where availability allows. The complimentary upgrade is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the hotel on the day of arrival.
• Full Access to the spa is within their opening hours only which is 8am-6pm on a Sunday and 8am-9pm on the Monday.
